These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Asook.com ("Asook," "we," "us"), an online marketplace operating in the United Arab Emirates that connects buyers with independent third-party vendors. By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order on Asook, you agree to these Terms.
Products listed on Asook are sold by independent vendors, not by Asook itself. Each vendor is responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, the quality and safety of their products, and fulfilling orders correctly. Asook provides the platform that connects buyers and vendors, processes payments, and coordinates delivery, but does not manufacture, inspect, or take ownership of the goods sold.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under UAE law to use Asook. One account per person; sharing accounts or creating multiple accounts to abuse offers or discounts is not permitted.
Prices are shown in AED and set by each vendor. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which Asook or the vendor may decline (for example, if an item is actually out of stock despite being listed). Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout; Asook does not store your full card details. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Delivery is currently available to the emirates listed at checkout, which may change from time to time. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and can be affected by vendor processing hours, courier availability, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss for a product passes to you once it is delivered to the address you provided.
You agree not to use Asook for any unlawful purpose, to provide false information, to interfere with the platform's operation, or to attempt to circumvent any security or access controls. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being reasonably available to receive your order.
Vendors are independent businesses responsible for complying with all applicable UAE laws, including food safety, labeling, and trade licensing requirements for the products they list. Asook may suspend or remove a vendor or listing that violates these Terms or applicable law, but is not responsible for verifying every claim a vendor makes about their products.
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Asook is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including issues with product quality, delivery delays, or disputes between you and a vendor. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Asook after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
